Currency and Payment Options
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. GST (10%) will be removed from international orders. All payments should be made in Australian Dollars. Preferred method of payment by credit card or on invoice. For invoice payment, a tax invoice from Charles Darwin University will be sent with the despatched books. The Charles Darwin University ABN is 54 093 513 649. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Charles Darwin University’.
Returns Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, sales are made on a firm sale only basis. Returns will normally only be considered on goods that are received by customers in a damaged state, whether damaged in shipping or due to manufacturing defect. In these cases, CDU Press will offer to replace the book(s) at no charge or to provide credit towards future purchase of CDU Press books. The credit amount will be equal to amount paid for the returned book(s). Intention to return books must be notified by email to cdupress@cdu.edu.au. Freight on goods being returned is the responsibility of the customer.
